Steel framed pallets with PVC pocket systems

The stillages are manufactured from square hollow section steel, they can have steel sides to fully enclose the pallet as the example shown.

A fixed pent roof for weather protection can also be fitted during manufacture.

The pallets can have stacking plugs or feet and full skids to all sides as shown

The pockets are manufactured from PVC and can have a soft lining to the pockets to protect critical parts from damage. Each pocket of the PVC insert can be numbered for sequencing of the parts during production.

A PVC curtain is fitted to either the front or top for easy access to the parts. This can be replaced with an industrial roller blind on the side entry stillage if necessary.

Each pallet is stenciled and stickers can be fitted showing the part No and supplier.

This type of concept can be offered in various sizes of stillage frame and pocket sizes.

It is more suited to lightweight plastic, steel and electronic components.

This style of stillage is widely used in volume vehicle manufacturing but can also be used in many other types of industries.
