Steel framed pallets with Polyurethane and Foam Moulded Support Bars

These pallets again are manufactured from steel hollow section.

The floor can be covered with an expanded metal sheet which enables the operator to stand in the pallet if he requires.

The pallet shown is a dual entry pallet (entry from two sides)

The polyurethane moulded bars are contoured to suit the part shape and the location contact points of the part to be seated.

The pallet above shows a simple trap gate that retains the parts in position.

The pallet shown below is an in-plant work in progress pallet which uses the weight of the part to be transported as the factor that retains the part in its location.

Again as required the pallets are numbered,stencilled and have Supplier/manufacturer stickers fitted.

Suitable for larger easily damaged plastic or metal based parts.
