Connect Industries can provide a full design, development process that will compliment your production requirements. You have a new component that requires a transportation solution. We can work with your design team and produce special stillage engineering drawings directly from your CAD Data with our unique 3 stage design process.

 

 Stage 1 Our stillage proposal

Connect Industries will produce and submit a stillage proposal for your project. The proposal will allow for your requirements with consideration for the component specifics & your logistical and ergonomic requirements.

The proposal will establish part orientation and density within the stillage parameters. All of your logistics costs can be established from this proposal early within the programme.

Stage 2 The stillage CAD Model

On approval of the stage 1 proposal Connect Industries will produce a full CAD model of the stillage which highlights all part supports and locking mechanisms.

You will be able to review all aspects of the design and make any revisions where required prior to stage 2 approval.

Stage 3 Finished stillage engineering drawings

On approval of the stage 2 CAD model Connect Industries will produce a fully specified engineering drawing including a full Bill Of Materials.

Connect Industries understanding of stillage volume production means that the drawings are detailed in manufacturing assemblies assisting the jig making & fabrication process. All critical dimensions are shown to assist final assembly checking.
