Connect utilise a number of different part protection systems for a multitude of components. Finger systems, plastic coating PU moulding and Polypropylene, are used to ensure each item is completely protected during packaging, storage and transit.

We are able to offer storage and handling systems which offer very high component population levels and enable parts to be delivered safely to point of use.

Design & Prototype

Connect has the ability to offer a full in-house design and prototype service. Facilities are in place for a fast and efficient prototype production, to ensure testing and functionality can be completed quickly.

Tests we carry out measure load and stress levels, ergonomic visibility and the life expectancy of the product. Once accepted and agreed, your new re-usable packaging can be put into full production. Complete with a timing plan for you to reference the delivery.

Bespoke

Connect produce a wide range of material handling concepts. We recognise many industries have thier own specific requirement, which is why we provide solutions to satisfy your specific needs.

An example of this is the design and construction of a number of line-side racks required for a new production line at a JCB plant. With our experience and innovation, we are able to apply bespoke design across the entire Production, Retail and Distribution Industries.

Aftersales & Services

We are finding it increasingly important to offer a full and complete "back-up" service to compliment our existing manufacturing. Connect now offer "On-site" maintenance fabrication and welding. This operational maintenance is available to all of our customers on all products. From fitting a new castor wheel to a line side refurbishment, we can cater for your requirements. Connect are fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and are able to ensure a professional and reliable service.

Finance

We recognise that some of our customers may prefer to spread the costs involved with the initial transition to re-usable packaging.
